We are not a ‘real’ store. We are a so-called affiliate website. Or in the official words:

So we don’t sell all these awesome Hibachi Grills ourselves.
But what we do very well is give you all the information you need if you are looking for a Hibachi Grill.
And if you get the grill, we get our commission.
So I was able to order here in December and now it’s May and I haven’t received my 3in1 griller. No one bothers to give me any updates. No one would want to give me a refund. This company is a hoax!

Sadly enough there is not much we can do about it, as you can understand.
