This is Jomana’s recipe for the Spicy Grilled Chicken. And she was so friendly to allow us to share it with you, right here at the Hibachi Grill Store.

1 medium chicken cut in half
1 cup of chopped green onions
½ a cup of finely chopped coriander
¼ cup of chopped mint/basil
6 minced cloves of garlic
Juice from 1 lemon
Zest from ½ lemon
1 green hot pepper diced
4 table spoons of pomegranate extract
1 table spoon of paprika powder
1 table spoon of sugar
½ cup of olive oil
Preparation time: about 5 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
For 2 persons
In a big bowl, mix all these ingredients together, except for the chicken, to get a delicious spicy coat.
Then lay the chicken on a baking tray (make sure it suitable for on a grill) and marinate it heavily and make sure all sides have been coated properly.
Cover with aluminum foil and place it on the Hibachi Grill (medium/high heat) for about 30 minutes.
Then remove the foil and place the chicken directly on the grill till you are completely satisfied.
Recommended to serve it with cooked roasted pasta, or grilled veggies, or a salad on the side.
In a bowl, put about 1 kilo of mixed vegetables of your choice, drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper as much as you like.
Add 1 tablespoon of sweat and smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and some sweet chili sauce and mix it well.
Grill it on the Hibachi Grill until the hardest vegetables are properly cooked, or until they all are soft and have a nice brown crust.
